SDT BRAKES HIGH PERFORMANCE is a new concept of brake pads that applies all the latest technology of our R&D+i SDT teams, as well as our experience in competitions, to create a more environmentally friendly product that does not overlook its “pure” capabilities. With this new range of brakes, which brings together the best of our universes: “pure” capabilities, a sustainable and environment-friendly product, and a manufacturing process based on OE quality standards, SDT BRAKES has taken a step forward. Aimed at High Performing cars for daily use as well as for sports and regular driving, it provides us with increased braking capabilities thanks to its carbon-ceramic compound, Due to a high level of friction and initial “bite”, the number of potential hazardous driving situations are reduced. Manufacturing processes and mixtures such as “Underlayer” and “Scorching have resulted in a firm pedal grip. Thanks to this firm pedal grip, SDT HIGH PERFORMANCE provides a great sense of safety to its users. UNDERLAYER; Used in 100% of our pad production, improves the temperature and better stuck of the friction material, preventing from peeling/coming off, and resulting in a longer life for the pads. SCORCHING; burning off the surface of the friction material to obtain a faster setting and reduction of gases, providing in turn increased braking stability. SDT BRAKES has taken another step forward by developing this sustainable and state-of-the-art product, removing any substances that may be harmful for the environment. There is no use of copper, nickel or any other polluting product. We have even gone the extra mile by reaching level N of the “Leaf Mark”. SDT HIGH PERFORMANCE complies with ECE R 90, a worldwide brake pad homologation standard for public roads and highways. The pads are equipped with all the necessary parts, radial chamfers, and noise reduction plates, already installed in 90% of references, which provide increased levels of comfort necessary for daily use.

Low consuming level, making it a great option for semi-endurance races and Rallye and Track competitions. Its thermycall stability along the pads surface throughout the competition is its main virtue. Low wearing in competition brake discs . Have been remarkably successful in single seaters competitions such as, F4, F3, Renault WS, Radical , CM, Osella, Norma, Climb Hill, ….due to feel and power. Winner of outstanding races such as Rallye Tarmac and Gravel National and International Championships , National Trophees, works in WRC, R5, GT Rallye, Group N Plus, Super 2.000. WTCC or TCR when less aggressive braking and modulability should be required. Low consuming level, making it a great option for semi-endurance races and competitions.

Our great experience in sports discs for more than 17 years, we launched this new product. A grooved sports disc, treated and the first and only in the world to deliver packaged in an excellent reusable wooden box (made by hand) recycled, resistant and designed for the good of the planet.

DBA 4000 T3 slot brake rotor design consists of a precise array of slots that have been formulated using the latest in computer aided engineering design software and extensive on-road and race track tests. The result is an amazingly quieter, responsive and smoother brake pedal feel. This is achieved from a series of tri-symmetrical ‘curved’ slots, which when aligned in a specifc way, drastically dampen the vibration harmonics or noise, that’s commonly associated with traditional straight slot (groove) brake rotor designs. The tri-symmetrical slots also increase the number of out-gassing exit points for brake pad friction gases to escape through, further increasing the consistency and effectiveness of every brake stop. T3 5000 Motorsport

DBA 5000 T3 slot design ‘sports’ the same benefits as the 4000 SERIES except for one major structural advancement. The 5000 SERIES brake rotors incorporate Alumalite hats made from 6061-T6 Aeronautical grade aluminium. The Alumalite hat reduces unsprung weight for improved suspension and handling performance as well as allowing uniform expansion of the disc rotor during high performance use. The Alumalite’s ability to reduce the level of heat transfer adds to the longevity of both the disc rotor and other vehicle components such as brake pads and wheel hub bearings. Girodisc designs and manufactures some of the highest quality brake components on the market, specializing in direct replacement two-piece brake rotors.
The primary purpose of a Girodisc rotor is to increase the ventilation and cooling capacity of the brake disc while retaining it’s original dimensions. The secondary purpose is to reduce unsprung and overall vehicle weight. This is accomplished by using two-piece disc construction. Thirdly, Girodisc rotors are a full floating design giving the driver better pedal feel and modulation. This gives more confidence and leads to lower lap times.

Sunoco R Extreme racing brake fluid, approved to be used in all DOT 4 applications. Designed for braking systems that operate at higher than normal temperatures, with a dry boiling point in excess of 615ºF (325ºC) and a wet boiling point of 210ºC. This fluid is a popular choice with those using carbon brakes and or where only the ultimate in brake fluids will do the job. As used by teams racing in British GT, GP2, Mini Challenge and Historic F1. This fluid could be mixed with other synthetic racing brake fluids, but we’d strongly recommend to flush your system with R Extreme to ensure you benefit from the maximum performance.
Four thin adhesive plates made of carbon and kevlar composites that reduce brake noise considerably, reduce vibrations and temperature to the piston. To be used on almost all brake pad shapes. The sheets are self-adhesive and the material can be cut and easily adapted to any tablet model. To be placed in the backplate of the brakepad (between piston and brakepad) Clean and remove any dirt on the backplate.
