The USER has a period of fourteen calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to return it (article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27). Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the expenses related to the shipment will be assumed by the USER. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Any return not subject to guarantee and, after 15 days from the date of sale, will suffer a penalty of 15% of the invoiced price. The product must be in perfect condition for sale and the shipment will be charged to the customer.

The right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases:

-If the product is not presented in perfect conditions.

-When the product is open without being able to prove that it has not been used.

-If the product packaging is not the original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly on it being prohibited.

-When they are personalized products or requested on request or those, which for reasons of hygiene or other legally provided exceptions, are not subject to this right.

-If said return is effective, the amount of the shipment will be paid by the person responsible for the error, if the reason for the return is due to an error by SDT Brakes, we will bear the transportation costs, if said product is returned by the customer. by mistake when processing the order or any possible error, the shipping charge will be your responsibility. For the economic return, if the payment of the order has been by bank transfer or credit card, you will have to send an email to info@sdtbrakes.com with the name of the person or company that made the purchase, order number and number of bill. In case of having made the payment by Paypal, the refund will be made directly through this same gateway.
