SDT BRAKES
SDT Brakes is the only Spanish brand of high performance and competition brakes for the automotive sector. We are manufacturers of brakes for cars, specialising in high performance (ECE R90) and competition brake pads. We also design and produce brake discs, metal hoses and other accessories developed to improve the safety and quality of your braking.
We also specialise in buggy / SSV / UTV brakes, developing our sport and racing brake pads, discs and brake kits specifically for competition or even hobby use.
In 2023, we expanded our product range to include high-quality and durable brake pads for bicycles and electric scooters, the result of exhaustive testing and trials conducted throughout the previous year.
In 2024, as part of our ongoing innovation, we have developed two revolutionary compounds for karting brake pads: the standard racing RK01 (black) and the soft racing RK11 (green), tested both on the bench and on the track to ensure exceptional performance.
In SDT Brakes, we distribute in Spain the brake discs DBA BRAKES and CARBO BRAKES (carboceramic brakes). We are also wholesale distributors of SDT Brakes, exporting to both the European and International markets.
OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PERFORMANCE AND RACING BRAKE PADS SECTOR.
Its founder, David Machado, began in the sector working as a technician at Galfer Auto (Specialized in sport brakes with the GALFER TUNING / SPORT range and the GALFER RACING range). At Galfer Auto they managed to improve safety in cars for street use and achieved great successes in competition for years, such as the TCR and WTCC.
Together with his team, they formulated a successful compound for racing pads: the RT1066 (RT-66) that would replace the old racing 1065. A highly desired compound by those who practice grip sessions and trackadays.
Likewise, they created a new generation of High Performance Sport brake pads (S-50). The best option to increase safety in normal daily use and sport.

We transferred our know-how to the manufacture and distribution of performance brake pads, creating the own brand of SDT Brakes (acronyms of its previous team in competition), whose acronym now fits perfectly to the values on which we base ourselves for the design and manufacture of our products: Safety - Durability - Technology.
