Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Goods

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (SDT BRAKES EUROPE SL, Avda. Principal, 40 nave i 08181 Sentmenat, Spain, phone 93 198 78 18, and email address info@sdtbrakes.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the expiration of the corresponding period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or personalised for you.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will incur no expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to SDT BRAKES EUROPE SL, Avda. Principal, 40 nave i 08181 Sentmenat, Spain, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The period will be considered met if you return the goods before this period has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Labels

Without prejudice to your legal rights, you must deliver the order by your own means to SDT BRAKES, and once the order is at our facilities, we will issue a full refund. If you decide to use our messaging system, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. In the event that the goods are in such poor condition that they cannot be resold (with obvious signs of use, dirty, or damaged), we will contact you to explain the reasons why the withdrawal is rejected and instruct you on how to proceed with payment for the new shipment to send them back to you.
